Ajuda+ app for iPhone and iPad

Ajuda+ is a mobile app developed by mobinteg for Voxpop, a project co-financed by Câmara Municipal de Lisboa and the European Regional Development Fund through the European Urban Initiative.

It matches elderly residents of the city of Lisbon with a network of volunteers that provide different services in order to facilitate the lives of older people, and reduce the feelings of loneliness and helplessness that may arise.

Here are the main features of our app:

- Choose your user type: You can create a profile as Volunteer to help others or as an Elder to request help
- Conditions: Elders will be able to list any health conditions they may have and will be matched with volunteers that are prepared/comfortable to deal with said conditions.
- Select the Services: Select the services you need or are available to help with and access the list of required services to stay organized.
- Choose who can help you: Access a list of available volunteers and select the one that best suits your needs
- Pick a Date and Time: Define your area of residence and the times when you will be available or when you will need a service.
- Services History: Consult the history of services provided, rating and date of service.
- Chat: Once the service is accepted by the Volunteer, you’ll be able to talk via chat or phone.
